It's day 2 today and as I look out my window it is coming down in sheets - yep it must be Floral Festival time.

LSNE - 8th September
It's the annual Springtime Flora Festival and without fail it rains at some point over the four day event. Sometimes I might be just overnight, other times it may be full on rain over several days but you can bet your bottom dollar - it will rain at some point.
